Kaya Industries has made one product since 1999: caps. Our sewing quality has passed Japanese brands' famously strict inspection for over 25 years without a single incident.

원단·부자재 소싱부터 재단, 봉제, 자수·패치 가공, 검침, 포장까지 자체 공장에서 일괄 진행합니다. 패션 브랜드의 볼캡 OEM 생산부터 기업 단체모자 제작까지 대응합니다.

Fabric and trim sourcing, cutting, sewing, embroidery and patch work, needle detection and packing are all handled in-house — for brand programs and corporate orders alike.
